Hot and colds reflection
28th July 2022 – Honestly I thought that it was going to be worse that it was. All that I focused on was my breathing and it also felt easier than when I do it at home
Workout reflection 3rd August 2022
Rpe: 8. I could’ve gone longer with more sprints but still a killer workout. I remember doing a similar workout it 2020 and I was dead afterwords.
Food/workout diary
Food: my eating over the weekend was ok unhealthier than most weekends but still ok Workout: light workout
Workout reflection (block 3/4) 27 July 2022
RPE: 8. Some parts were hard, like when I was doing the jump squats 10 seconds left my legs started burning. Overall the workout wasn’t the best as there wasn’t a balance of exercises. (Workout targeted the legs and core mostly)
Food/ training diary 26 July
Cornflakes, crossaint x2, hot dog x2, yogurt, chips, chocolate x4 blocks, bar Cardio, run, volleyball
Reflection

Reflection (block run)
Overall I think I went decently. My time was better than my last block run which was 10.34. My time now is 10.11 To improve is keep my mindset strong to keep a strong pace
Holiday reflection
Food -> I was a bit to lenient with my eating so about a 5 or 6. I could’ve eaten healthier. Overall my eating was 6 Workout -> most of my workouts were about a 6-7. Went to dark place twice. Didn’t have a lot of motivation. Overall I would say it was 7 forContinue reading “Holiday reflection”
Workout reflection
Rpe: 9 I think that I pushed myself to nearly the max like I could have gone faster on the lap around school but still a good pace. If had to say my pace was a 400m pace instead of 300m pace. On the squats, dips, sit-ups, and 1 overs I went all out onContinue reading “Workout reflection”
